Compete College Station welcomes 56 girls’ high school basketball teams to town Dec. 27-29 (Monday-Wednesday) for the 20th Annual Aggieland Invitational. Games are scheduled at College Station, A&M Consolidated, Rudder, and Bryan high schools.
The tournament is expected to attract about 2,000 people to our community with an estimated economic impact of $300,000.
Tournament passes are available ($25 Adult, $20 Student/Senior/Military) and day passes as well ($10 Adult, $8 Student/Senior/Military).
Official Aggieland Invitational tournament shirts are available for $28.
“These are some of the top teams in the state competing.” Tourism Manager Kindra Fry said. “We’re so excited to have these visitors come in. One of the top things we hear from all visitors that come to us is how hospitable and friendly our community is.”
